Belper started well and in the 2nd minute Macie White hit Telford down the left hand side before shooting just wide
On nine minutes Sky Hughes found herself through on goal but Mia Bansel produced a good save to keep it at nil-nil.
That changed in the 11th minute however when Macie White found Hughes who had to battle for the ball, when she won it she found the finish to put the Nailers ahead.
Telford were on level terms within three minutes when a fantastic one-two between Skye Hipkiss and Charlotte Budd allowed the latter to finish nicely.
On 19 minutes a counter attack for the Nailers and a great ball by White found Alice Faulding who in turn laid it off for Hughes but a good move was ended by the offside flag.
In the 24th minute Budd's effort from outside the box was deflected for a corner then a couple of minutes later when Telford won a corner a free header for Romille Evans went wide.
Ten minutes later they had another chance with a fantastic effort by Katie Ryan which was well saved by Hannah Whysall.
Within a couple of minutes there was more danger for the Belper defence with Woodhouse producing a nice run down the left hand side but the shot was over the bar.
In the 37th minute another Ryan chance went wide but three minutes before the break the visitors were ahead. A great run by Sasha Woodhouse down the right finished with a cross which Belper couldn't clear and Hipkiss was on hand to tap in.
Telford managed to put some daylight between the sides with a goal right at the end of the half. A free kick from Abby White found the back of the net to make it 1-3 at the break.
Dom Anderson made a triple change at the break and one of the subs, Freya Wilson saw a shot from her free-kick saved by Bansel in the 50th minute.
On 52 minutes there was another chance for the visitors as Beady ran through but Whysall produced a good save.
Telford effectively wrapped up victory a minute later. Budd took her goal well to make it 1-4.
A half clearance on 55 minutes fell to Budd who passed to Woodhouse but the shot was over and in the 61st minute Woodhouse's ran and shot but again it cleared the crossbar.
In the 69th minute the returning Sammy Bennett saw her shot saved and cleared away before at the other end Abby White shot wide.
A great run on 74 minutes by Baldwin allowed her to get a shot off but it was wide and Abby White had a fantastic effort go just over a minute or two later.
The final goal of the match came in the 78th minute. Baldwin with a fantastic strike to make it five.
Belper nearly scored a consolation goal two minutes from time when India Amans tried her luck but it was saved.
The Nailers see their FA Cup campaign ended by a strong Telford side in front of another healthy crowd as the Ladies Team continues to grow.
